AMNI Gender Equality Standards

Dear Employees and Stakeholders,

At AMNI Centre for Analysis and Development Org, we believe that gender equality is a fundamental human right and a key component of sustainable development. We are committed to promoting gender equality and creating a workplace that is free from discrimination, harassment, and bias.

Our gender equality policy is based on the United Nations (UN) gender equality policy and aims to ensure that all individuals, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities and are treated with respect and dignity. We recognize that achieving gender equality requires the active participation and commitment of all individuals within our organization.

Our policy includes the following key commitments:

1- Eliminating Discrimination: We will not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or bias based on gender or any other characteristic protected by law. We will ensure that all employees are treated fairly and have equal opportunities for employment, development, and advancement.

2- Ensuring Equal Pay: We will ensure that all employees are paid fairly, without regard to gender. We will regularly review our pay practices to identify and address any gender-based pay disparities.

3- Promoting Diversity and Inclusion: We will strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace that values the contributions of all individuals. We will actively seek to recruit, develop, and promote individuals from underrepresented groups.

4- Providing Support and Resources: We will provide support and resources to employees who experience discrimination or harassment based on gender. We will also provide training and education to all employees to promote understanding and awareness of gender equality issues.

5- Monitoring and Reporting: We will monitor our progress towards achieving gender equality and report on our progress to all stakeholders. We will regularly review and update our gender equality policy to ensure that it remains relevant and effective.

We believe that gender equality is not just a moral imperative, but also a business imperative. By promoting gender equality, we can create a more productive, innovative, and inclusive workplace that benefits all individuals.

Thank you for your support in promoting gender equality at AMNI Centre.

Sincerely,

Othman Mahamud
