Recognition of the prevalence of violence against women and girls (VAWG) is greater than ever before. Somalia as a whole is one of the countries with the highest levels of violence against women, yet there is no accurate data on the number of victims of violence against women and girls. AMNI works closely with government, local and international agencies to address and prevent VAWG.
